Day 10 Gratitude Month

Practicing gratitude often keeps your thoughts in a place of what is possible, what is good.

Our minds tend to follow the path we set for ourselves. Many of us practice a speech expounding upon what is not right, what we are ungrateful for and what we don't yet have.
