Day 14 Gratitude Month

The gratitude meal includes soup, a warm and soothing blend of subtle spices and the nectar of noticing.

If you approached others today with sweet, subtly and savory comments, how would your day change? And how would you change their day?

Give it a try.

And, sip from the cup of Noticing nectar. Notice the kind things people say and do today all around you. Let them know you have noticed by smiling at them, winking- anything you can do to encourage them to continue being thoughtful. Being thoughtful of others is a great way to celebrate gratitude.
