Day 4 Gratitude Month 

Normal Vincent Peale explains  gratitude is not about quiet or noise.It's about finding your rhythm, the harmony in your life.

Finding your own rhythm is as simple as stopping to notice your breathing. Feel the rhythm as you inhale and exhale. notice if the inhale is longer, shorter  or maybe deeper than your exhale.

Allow your body to dictate its own rhythm. It is unnecessary to assist.
